As we embark on this journey together, I invite you to find a comfortable position, lying down on your back with your arms resting gently by your sides, palms facing up. Allow your body to settle into a state of complete relaxation, releasing any tension or resistance with each breath.
Throughout this meditation, you will be guided to cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility, gently guiding your awareness through different sensations and experiences, all aimed at guiding you towards a state of restorative sleep.
