About Nidra Mind
Built from science. Built from life. Built for you.
Nidra Mind is a brain health and holistic wellness platform combining the latest neuroscience with the most powerful evidence-backed practices from ancient wisdom traditions, including Yoga Nidra, breathwork and holistic coaching.
We work with individuals, professionals, children, families and organisations. Everything we do begins in the same place: with the brain, and with a genuine belief that when you understand how yours works, everything changes.
Meet Sarah, Founder of Nidra Mind
Hello and welcome.
I'm Sarah. I'm an Amen University certified Elite Brain Health Coach, Sleep Coach, Stress Management Specialist, Yoga Nidra teacher, and the founder of Nidra Mind.
My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience and the wisdom of the body. I combine the latest brain health science with evidence-backed practices, because lasting change doesn't come from willpower alone. It comes from working with your brain, not against it.
My path here wasn't straightforward. I spent years in clinical mental health work, including at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, supporting women through some of the most vulnerable periods of their lives. I taught and coached across three continents. And through it all, I was navigating my own relationship with brain health, losing my father to Alzheimer's disease and watching my mother live with dementia.
I didn't build Nidra Mind from theory. I built it from life, including the hardest parts of it.
And I built it because I kept meeting the same person: someone who was functioning on the outside but struggling on the inside. Someone who had tried everything and still felt stuck. Someone whose brain was working against them because nobody had ever taught them how to work with it.
That is who this is for.
Why Nidra Mind Exists
This work is deeply personal.
Over many years, I have experienced first-hand the impact that sustained stress, emotional overload and cognitive strain can have on both adults and children. As a single mother navigating prolonged high-conflict circumstances, I witnessed my young son experience an emotional breakdown as a result of sustained stress. That moment fundamentally changed how I understood resilience and highlighted the urgent need for accessible tools to support emotional and cognitive wellbeing.
Later, I faced another deeply painful experience losing my father to Alzheimer’s disease and supporting my mother through dementia. Seeing how cognitive decline affects not only individuals but entire families strengthened my commitment to brain health, prevention and early intervention.
Alongside these personal experiences, I have worked within mental health services supporting women with postnatal mental health challenges, helping them recover and build secure, loving bonds with their babies. This work reinforced a core belief that underpins everything I do today: resilience is not something we are simply born with, it is something that can be developed, supported and protected with the right knowledge and tools.
How We Work
Nidra Mind is not a quick fix. It is a structured, evidence-informed approach that works across three stages:
Reset - Calm the nervous system. Using Yoga Nidra, breathwork and stress regulation tools, we bring the brain and body out of survival mode so that real change becomes possible.
Rewire - Understand your unique brain. Drawing on Amen University's brain type methodology, we identify what your brain specifically needs to function at its best, and begin building healthier patterns from the inside out.
Restore - Build lasting resilience. Through holistic coaching, mindful movement, and practical daily tools, we support you in creating a life where clarity, energy, and emotional balance are sustainable, not occasional.
Who We Work With
Individuals who are struggling with stress, poor sleep, burnout, brain fog, anxiety or low mood, or who simply know there is more available to them.
Professionals and aviation teams who need sustained cognitive performance, fatigue management, and mental clarity in demanding environments.
Organisations and HR teams investing in workforce wellbeing that delivers measurable results.
Children, teens and families, because the earlier young people learn to understand and regulate their brains, the longer those skills serve them. All Yoga Nidra recordings are free for every child.
Our Commitment
We donate 10% of profits to Soñar Despierto, a foundation that ensures children in foster care have the same opportunities and experiences as every other child. When you invest in your brain health with Nidra Mind, you are also investing in theirs.
